The pencil is a common writing tool that is used a lot in todays society. It has many uses not just as a writing tool but also a hair accessory. Of is the Hair just holding the pencil out of convenience.

#1 – I must say this electrical box is oddly placed and I see garbage on it daily. Why are people just leaving it there? Wait for a garbage can and put it in there. LOL that is big a thoughtless act.
#2 – Yeah I noticed this everywhere especially downtown.. it was amazing all the space people cover with advertisements and graffiti. Though I must say that it is a very creative misuse to get your message out there.
#3 – You don’t see it too often but like chop sticks, I guess it holds up to keeping your hair up

those are very interesting questions you are asking Evin!
I thought that the electrical box with the coffee cups on it would be a thoughtless act and the pencil in the hair but i guess it can be seen in other ways as well.

ACTUALLY now that I think about it I agree… 1 & 2 can be a thoughtless act! it becomes a habbit too

all things are we can find it easily….especially, the news paper box… is covered by advertisements and trashes. sometimes empty coffee cups are in the box. so creepy..
