In the streets, we can be easy to find empty coffee cups or water bottles, etc. This case, I have got some pictures which empty cans left on a ledge, someone else bike’s, and flower beds. Firstly, the ledge is made for safety.  Secondly, it is one’s bike, and someone dump trashes in the bike’s box. I understand, nowadays it is hard to find bins in the streets and the winter gets cold so nobody wants to carry empty cups or bottles, etc. Therefore, one person dump trashes in other bike’s box (?), ledges, and flowerbeds. However, it occurs again and again, and now, we can usually see trashes in the streets.

Bicycle rack is over there!

My second case is relationship between bicycle rack and sign.  This picture is small but when you see it closely, you can see a bicycle rack at left side. But I do not want to talk about the bicycle rack, I want to talk about the bike at right side. The bike is parking at the sign. The sign purpose is not for bicycle rack, however, we also can see some bikes are arranged and locked by using trees or signs.

This is one of creative misuse examples that  lots women use stroller that ways. They always carries their bags and babies’ stuffs so they should have more hands, holders or pockets. On my side, if women carry their heavy bags on their shoulders, they are hard to keep their balances with strollers.

Mailbox?

My one of high school teachers, she really love to use her classroom’s door knob and door frames. Everyday, she used door knobs and door frames like a cork board or mail box. Like this, she shoved attendance sheets, or any notice in between door and door frames. This is really great example of creative misuse.

*however, some doors cannot handle it properly.
